Our Breakfast with Peter Cottontail buffet features: scrambled eggs, pancakes, french toast, biscuits & gravy, lumberjack potatoes, sausage, ham, muffins, danish, fruit salad, cottage cheese, cranberries, vanilla pudding, and a choice of juice, coffee or milk. All fresh and hot on the buffet as you travel through the north woods. After breakfast take a visit to Peter's fun car where the kids can have their faces painted and color spring pictures. There will even be a special gift for each child.

6:00 pm - Elegant Dinner Train
3 hour Roundtrip to Springbrook
The Elegant Dinner Train features dinner service in our climate controlled, mahogany interior dining car from 1918. The cash bar opens in the club car one hour prior to departure to get your experience off to a great start. Immediately after departure from the Depot passengers will be seated for dinner. Dinner begins with a sampling of Wisconsin Cheeses, dinner salad, our signature French Onion Soup, choice of Prime Rib, Stuffed Chicken Breast, or North Atlantic Salmon, and finish with your choice of scrumptious desserts. After dinner enjoy quiet conversation at your table or move back to the club car.
