Customer Comment received May 29, 2015:

My husband and I so enjoyed our evening and overnight stay on your train!  It was our anniversary, and he had called ahead to arrange for a surprise bucket of champagne on our table, which you delivered; I was blown away.  The table was perfect with linens and proper beautiful place settings, the antique car and the view we had for dinner was supreme.

The dinner surprised me, as I had thought, "How good could it be on a train?"  I expected cold, rubbery food, but instead got a hot, delicious, wonderful meal that we haven't stopped raving about since.  I don't know how you did it!  You must treat your staff well, because it shows in that they are happy and friendly and seemingly love their jobs even though they must do the same thing day in and day out, some maybe several times a day as you run several types of rides throughout the day.

Our sleeper car was extremely small, but an experience I wouldn't have wanted to miss.  We had so much fun bumping into each other and laughing through it all.  The beds were surprisingly comfortable.  The entire experience, the people we met, the food, the staff, the ride, the sleeper car, the good, hot breakfast, awesome stuff!  One of the best anniversaries we've ever shared, and we've had 27.  Your train trip was well worth the time and money spent and I only wish it had lasted longer.  Thank you.
